Headshots with Aaron

PortraitsBen O'Leary

Aaron is a Hull based actor who has already landed a role on the silver screen. Headshot portraits are the number one marketing tool for actors and Aaron knew he needed a selection of killer shots; but it's important to deliver on two key elements..

Honesty! A headshot portrait needs to tell the casting director about your look; not your look after extensive photoshop-surgery! If you arrive for a casting looking significantly different from your headshot you're likely to miss the role and risk not being asked back.

Connection! This is your chance to make a connection with the casting director and it's all in the eyes, a good photographer will help you to look confident without going over the top.

Here's a selection of photographs from the session, if you'd like to refresh your headshots then please give me a call or drop me line on the contact page.

Rob & Nikki Business Headshots

CommercialBen O'Leary

Rob and Nikki needed business headshots to help promote their new property business. Great working with them in my studio and fantastic to meet people who understood exactly how important photography is as part of a strong business brand and identity. Cheers guys!

John and Lindsey at Cave Castle

WeddingsBen O'Leary

Cave Castle in South Cave is a beautiful wedding location, popular with many couples in Hull and East Yorkshire. When John and Lindsey asked me to photograph their wedding I knew that it would be an amazing day.

We started off with some shots of the boys goofing around and "preparing" for the day, before getting ready for the ceremony. Lindsey looked brilliant, the ceremony was emotional and it was fantastic to be involved: it's a real privilege being a wedding photographer and seeing these joyous family occasions.

I borrowed J&L for 20 minutes to get some great Mr & Mrs portraits in the grounds of Cave Castle before heading back for some formal group shots. Speeches were a riot, tonnes of laughter (and tears) and more great photos. A lovely couple and some fabulous images.

Being a Hull Wedding Photographer  is awesome, I get to meet people like John and Lindsey and help people to capture memories that will last a life time. What a job!
